Functions to change the place of the different biomod2 objects

This function allow the user to change the folder where the modelling of biomod2 have been done.

set_new_dirname(obj, new.dir.name)

Arguments

obj

a BIOMOD.formated.data, BIOMOD.formated.data.PA, BIOMOD.models.out, BIOMOD.projection.out or BIOMOD.ensemble.models.out object

new.dir.name

a character corresponding to the new folder path
